Objective
The objective was to build a cross-platform social media mobile app for the users who lean towards action-oriented content. This was envisioned by a social media influencer who has over 1M followers. The key audience for this application is TikTok and other social media platform users. The application allows the users to create a bucket list of tasks and encourage them to accomplish those tasks along with challenging their friends. After completing tasks, they can share their achievement through various social media platforms.
Naico’s Approach
Naico played a crucial role in realizing the client’s vision, business needs, building and delivering the solution on time with utmost quality. Naico proposed a two-stage development approach, MVP and Production. Naico team worked closely with the client to identify the gaps among the required features. Naico also considered infrastructure constraints for content management and undertook necessary actions to mitigate the risks. By following the agile methodology, client was able view the status of developed product at the end of each sprint.
Challenges faced
- Identification of most needed features posed a challenge since the availability of sufficient features during application release were critical for success.
- Due to high incoming data volume, content management has to be efficient in media server.

- By using react native technology, visibility of mobile application increased among both Android and iPhone users.
